Return and Repair Process

NOTE: ALL returns and repairs require a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN),

Step 3: Return equipment, completed Goods Return Form and your Proof of Purchase.

Proof of Purchase only required if the equipment is within Warranty Period.

• A valid RAN is required before you send us the equipment, completed Goods Return Form and Proof of Purchase (if within Warranty Period).
• All faulty goods under warranty are replaced within 30 days and repaired up to the 12-Month warranty period. (24-Month for Mini-Inductor Venom), after this period there will be a charge for the repair.
• Our standard repair charge is £160+VAT, which includes a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty.
• Any returns package not clearly showing the RAN number on the outer packaging WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. We will instruct the delivery agent employed to return the goods to the sender.
